Beams Overview

These reports show market demand data for residential new home building products, average per-home purchase data, market size, and a five-year forecast for the new residential construction industry. The Beams report contains a summary of purchase volume in linear feet for a wide variety of floor beams – for first and upper floors – roof beams, and rimboard materials in each State, Metro Area, and County. Market data are also reported separately for Single-Family Detached homes and Multifamily. Product categories reported include:
