Green Homes & Development

Home Innovation Research Labs certifies compliance of residential and mixed-use projects with the National Green Building Standard (NGBS), the first ANSI-approved consensus standard on green building. We certify new and remodeled green residential buildings and land development projects, and pre-approve building products for NGBS Green points.

ENERGY STAR Certification

Home Innovation serves as a Multifamily Review Organization (MRO) to review and approve project submissions for the ENERGY STAR Multifamily High Rise (MFHR) Program.

Accessibility

Endorsed by the International Cast Polymer Association (ICPA), our certification verifies that products meet or exceed the performance requirements for key properties such as water resistance, colorfastness, stain resistance and lack of conspicuous seams.
