COVID-19 Update for Current & Prospective Laboratory Testing Clients

Dear Home Innovation Laboratory Testing & Certification Clients:

We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and want you to know that the entire Home Innovation team is committed to being responsive to the needs of our clients as the situation evolves. At Home Innovation Research Labs, the health and safety of our clients and our employees is our number one priority. As such, we are taking necessary measures to ensure the safety of our staff, while also remaining open for business to provide full business continuity for all of your testing and code compliance needs.

Using the guidance from the CDC and local government rules, Home Innovation has taken numerous steps – such as using technology to conduct certification inspections remotely – to ensure the health and safety of all our clients and team members. For clients who have testing underway, we have established split work schedules for our lab staff so that testing can continue while maintaining appropriate social distance. We continue to monitor this quickly-evolving situation and recognize that we may need to amend our policies and procedures in the near future, as changing circumstances require. We commit to keeping you up to date on any measures that affect your project.
